Loading takes too long, etc.

Loading screens are taking far too long in game, and are still causing players to time out. This issue cost me 30 minutes in my attempt to finish legend time attack for the event quest. If this doesn't get fixed soon, I'm quitting. FYI, why am I dashing back when pressing attack?!
