FIX PREMUIM HERO CRYSTALS AND TIER 3 CLASS CATALYSTS DROP RATE

I have opened 116 Premium hero shard crystals in the past week and not a single 4* ?!? I understand keeping 4*'s rare out of premium hero crystals but not a single drop after opening 116 is ridiculous.
Also, fix this nonsense in the tier 3 class catalysts event quest. You have to collect 2800 shards to create 1 catalyst. Fine, but I ran through the Cosmic event 4 times and only received 800 shards?! At least guarantee us 1 catalyst if we 100% the event, especially when the energy cost is 3/tile.
