Freezing after fights

Is there a kabam mod that can explain why after pretty much every fight the game freezes and I have to close it and lose half my champs health? It wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't doing the master quests so I have to keep using my health pots to put back what I lose through something that isn't my fault.
It was doing it last night after I updated and today it has just got worse after every other fight bang it freezes.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
