What happens to the Stony Mastery cores if we recover mastery points?

If I recover the mastery points utility/defence/ offence, what happens to the Stony Mastery Cores that we used unlock masteries?
Do I have to buy the Stony Mastery core again?

They will add to inventory if we recover them. Right?

no, the mastery cores unlock the ability. you spend them. next time you go into the mastery you wont need them for what you unlocked previously.

Anything previously unlocked stays unlocked but you will need to spend the units/gold to bring the mastery up again
