Six star available for arena?

In my first run through the alpha catalyst arena, I was able to use my new six star champ. He didn’t appear in the other arenas at all. Then he disappeared from that arena. Was the bug that he was available, or was the bug that he is gone now? I am still seeing six star opponents in that arena.
