I don’t expect anything. It’s difficult to separate out the individual T-Mobile users affected and recent experience suggests compensation is reserved for the most serious problems.
I totally get this is frustrating and we're sorry that it's been happening. We've been working as hard to get this sorted. However, with that said, please direct any concerns you have towards our current thread on the topic. Having several discussions open on it only causes to clutter the forums.
