Civil warrior or Vultrue

I have both a 4* vultrue and civil warrior and I’m wondering who should I awaken with my Tech awakening gem?

    Don’t waste your tech gem on either. Keep it for SL or Sparky.

    I have 4 star civil warrior and 3 star vulture but vultures is more useful because of the incineration immunity making him good again Mephisto in alliance war

    I like civil warrior fighting style more then vulture but I know both aren’t that good I just became uncollected so I have a better chance at get a better 4* tech I just wanted to ask first

    Vulture isn’t immune to incineration... only the debuff itself, so he still takes damage from Mephisto since it’s passive damage.
