Region based alliance leaderboards doesn't load

I have this issue about half month now. Thought that will fix some days after. Weeks passed and nothing. Thought that the update will fix it. Still nothing.
I uninstall it and install it again. Still nothing.

iPhone 7 plus on iOS 10.2.1

What a mess... No fix for the issue for so long....
In every update we loose something...
Something will not work
