Connection issues on Android Tablet with WIFI

I continually have connection issues after updating to 17.0.2 on my Nexus 9 tablet with Android 8. It's not possible to download the game files. On my OnePlus 3 everything is fine on WiFi. Downgraded back to v17.0.0 on the Nexus to be able to login again.
