Gladiator Crystal (To Kabam)

Okay so I opened a few Gladiator Crystals and I didn't see Gladiator Hulk at all. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me? Also Kabam can you please fix this as I don't want to waste any more units.

The reel doesn’t matter when spinning a crystals.

It should show .... kabam should fix this ....

The reel is just an animation, it has nothing to do with the hero you're going to get. He doesn't need to show there for you to get him.
I got a 4* Sentry from a yin crystal without him showing prior...

The animation doesn't reflect everything in the Crystal. It's just a window into some of the possibilities. I got him within 2 Crystals.

He's in there, a lot of people got him including one from my alliance. I however am not one of the lucky ones, I've opened 5 all *2.
