Gifting from our own inventory/Stash

I know this had been suggested or asked about previously in the old forums, so this is not an original idea or suggestion.

It would be nice to be able to gift certain items from our own inventory or stash at least to someone in the alliances we are part of.

Health Potions, Revives, Quest Energy are the main ones that come to mind.
