Year long BUGS, but any glitch befitting players, is fixed with hours.
LACK OF Notice of changes (silent nerfs)
Lackluster rewards, for MAX effort/units.
Mass Exodus of players.
Begging for RANK DOWN TICKETS &
Having threads shut down, when we are just looking for help with game & answers

& pic is Mike's responce to WHY ppl,
Who bought ENOUGH Carnage crystals,
Eventually landed on a 4* Carnage
....& GOT A 3* !?!?!?!

WHY DONT U CARE ABOUT PLAYERS KABAM?
CERTAINLY DOESNT FEEL LIKE IT.

    Wasn't aware that it was against rules to share conversation with support? Why is that?? You would think transparency woukd be good for business and trust and stuff.....I mean....unless there are things to hide or whatever. I have MANY screenshotted replies from support where I was dismissed and ignored, but that's still not really a good reason to deny the opportunity to improve customer service. Is there a specific reason it is against rules?

    They don't want private emails from support shared on the forums because although 99% of the time they refuse to do anything about in game issues, there is a small chance they will side with you and offer some compensation. It is rarer than going 5/5 4*s on 5 phc, but it happens and if people see them doing it once, they will quote the SS and demand the same.
