Game and Champs not Responding

I have already removed and reinstalled the game after downloading the most recent 17.1 update. Running on the most current ios on IPhone 5se.
I am sitting in front of my wifi router, so not on LTE network.
Unresponsive champs and very bad lag has been happening all day.
Champs are unresponsive.
Twice in AW now, champs (Scarlet Witch and Iceman) just stood there when the fight started and got pummelled and were completely unresponsive to any actions.
Star Lord in quests (Killmonger Quest) has been making up his own moves and randomly charging, throwing punches and charging his heavy attack.
This is extremely frustrating.
I don’t bother with customer support anymore because I only get a form letter and no reasonable response.
Please fix this. This is basically the exact same thing that has been happening sporadically for about a year.
