How to get Labyrinth Ultron from somewhere other than 100% LOL

I saw someone's account that has 5* Labyrinth (classic) Ultron. His account is at level 40 and the rest of his top 4 are all like rank 3 4*.

So how did he get the ultron? Gift from kabam or hacked the LOL?
