Map 6 Luke Cage Indestructible Buff - Ignores Fate Seal

How is it possible that Luke Cage can ignore a Fate Seal judgement from Ghost Rider? This extra random indestructible buff he's been beefed up with just cost me a timeout in Map 6. Can you please investigate this ASAP?
