Is it possible to change my region?

I am not sure if this is possible, but I moved to a different country a year ago, and I am still ranking in my previous country. I can see my new region global chat, but cannot see the ranking. Is there a way of doing this? Shouldn't it be automatic?

    Hey beyonder8421! Your concerns in this instance would be best directed to our Support Team. On the game’s Home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help?
