Hyperions specials and not being able to move after

Noticed with hyp the past 6 fights after he activates a special I am STUCK!

after certain characters it’s getting laggy or I just can’t move after a special move but with Hyperion after his s2-s3 I am stuck and can’t move. It’s bad with Howard’s s2 as well. I literally CAN NOT move.

    Can back this up at least with the L3. I've got a video I can share of Luke Cage getting nailed with a heavy while totally frozen following the L3. Any other character would've been in dire straits.
