Aq and aw fights not loading

Numerous times over past few months I've started a fight only to be returned to home screen and have my champ lose half health. Can't get any company support for this issue. All I want is a reply from kabam without information being suppressed

It's bloody annoying. Just fought in AW against a defender with half the PI of my best champ who was at full health. Network issues apparently & lost half health. When I did manage to fight I ended up with 51% health because of the health obtained from the salve mastery. That was only the 2nd fight so still along way to go after losing 11k health!

It's stupid that you lose half health even though the fight doesn't even start. Surely Kabam can implement fight recovery for this.
