Daredevil Classic Vs The Punisher 2099

One of my main game strategies circles around my Maxed out DD Classic as he can evade basically every projectile attack thrown at him..
But recently while fighting Punisher 2099 He can only evade the sp1, while sp2 I end up taking a whole lot of block damage from a very ranged bullets(Then evades the final blow bomb)
Shouldn't he be evading those bullets or Am I missing something ?

Read up Punisher 2099's profile, man. His SP2 will prevent any evasion during that attack. So evaders like Spiderman, Daredevil classic, Morales, Nightcrawler etc can never evade that. @she3_rawy

He's right. Punisher 2099's special 2 drains from the battery to negate passive evades.

Other champs with ranged attacks and notable anti-evade abilities that you might like to read up on (and be cautious when fighting with Daredevil) are:

Agent Venom (reduces evasion)
Crossbones (Ability Accuracy reduction)
Kingpin (enraged by evasion)
Falcon (stacks Cruelty with evasion)
