We'll fixing an issue with the Side Quests where all difficulties had the same Selector rewards.
We've fixed the Selectors in Threat Levels 4, 3, 2 and 1 to no longer contain rewards for Progression levels above the target audience.
Threat Level 4 rewards cap out at Thronebreaker
Threat Level 3 caps out at Cavalier
Threat Level 2 caps out at Uncollected
And Threat Level 1 has rewards for Proven

Daredevil Classic Vs The Punisher 2099

One of my main game strategies circles around my Maxed out DD Classic as he can evade basically every projectile attack thrown at him..
But recently while fighting Punisher 2099 He can only evade the sp1, while sp2 I end up taking a whole lot of block damage from a very ranged bullets(Then evades the final blow bomb)
Shouldn't he be evading those bullets or Am I missing something ?

Other champs with ranged attacks and notable anti-evade abilities that you might like to read up on (and be cautious when fighting with Daredevil) are:
Agent Venom (reduces evasion)
Crossbones (Ability Accuracy reduction)
Kingpin (enraged by evasion)
Falcon (stacks Cruelty with evasion)
