Champs freezing before attaching in arena, anybody else have issues?

in Bugs and Known Issues
for the last couple days my champs keep freezing as if holding block instead of attacking, they would pause for about or 2 seconds until they get hit. Anybody else having the same issue? I cant win any arena matches.
