Unbelievably freezing in battles

I can't even control my champs in battles. Unbelievably freezing, auto charging, and no response when I try to block . Lost in AQ and arena easily. Totally unacceptable.

Other members of alliance also gets in Trouble.

    Try (and I've mentioned this before) to do one arena cycle WITHOUT asking help and see how fights go then.
    People pumping the help button basically lag you to shreds. Try without open help requests.
