Gladiator hulk not working as intended

Recently pulled gladiator hulk and of course went to check him out and found out that his ability which regenerates 70% of hp back doesn’t work against Iceman cold snap but should since it’s damage over time debuff. There are few champions that can deal with iceman’s cold snap and when I pulled hulk and though that this champion will be useful against him and after testing seen that he is not. Not sure if it is a bug or something Kabam forgot to include when programming Gladiator hulk. Hope this will be resolved and addressed ASAP. Thank you for your time for anyone that read this thread.

    That ability only works against passive damage over time, like Magik's limbo, Dorm's degen, Mephisto's aura of incineration.
