Hood's Stagger vs Mephisto

Hood's Stagger doesn't seem to block anything against Mephisto, specifically his Aura and Regen.

This was against the Mephisto in Monthly Event part 2.2 (Master difficulty).

Android, Galaxy S7, latest software

    How is it not a buff when the screen clearly displays "Regeneration"?

    The game differentiates between passive abilities and regular abilities. Think of Magik's limbo.. it can't be staggered or nullified, but something like Iron Man's arc overload can be.

    It's also why Green Goblin is such a pain to fight because his health regen is considered a passive.

    TLDR version: it's not a bug but a feature of some champs.

    Stagger can't block his aura , but his Hex can do upto 65%
