That glitch is because you paused the fight. It’s been around since the update.
You should know the nodes since this is the second week of it. Bring appropriate champs to deal with regen. Guilly, AA, void, vision, yondu. Plenty of counters out there
My screen does that periodically when I switch to another app on my phone while mid-fight that utilizes a vertical-only screen (like a phone call). For me, it's more than just a visual bug because the points on the screen change that activate the moves (pause, heavy, block, etc).
Only thing I was able to do was to hit the home button on my phone (android) to force-pause the game, then re-open the game with the phone held horizontally. Don't close the game or force-stop it because you risk losing 50% of your health and have to re-do the fight.

I don't have any of them, thanks for tip
anyhow my Hyperion took him down with another 40% revive and couple of pots
I encountered this visual glitch after v17.0 when I locked my screen and unlock the screen (to workaround sudden slowness/slo-mo issue which is almost unplayable), or occasionally minimize the screen and maximize it back, or switch over to alliance LINE chat (other apps) and switch back to MCoC. This glitch impacted many folks, and there are already multiple threads reported since last week. So far we know this visual glitch has nothing to do with Trial of Heart event.
I faced GG with Arc overload, with Yondu SP1 and SW dupped sig99 in different occasions, can take him down easily. Pain happened when facing Mordo or BPCW on Mesmerized+Bane node, took a few K.O.s before bring those trouble-makers down.
