Is everyone having issues parrying in act 5.2.4

    You are more than likely experiencing the result of the masochism node. When you place a debuff on the opponent, in your case the parry stun, they immediately remove the debuff and regen 5% health. After they remove a debuff this way, a timer starts and you have 7 seconds before they can remove another debuff this way.
