Scarlet witch power drain

I was hoping this would be fixed on the recent update but it's still broken. When my 4* lvl 99 SW uses power drain, my opponents power reduces but so does SW's. Hers doesn't go down as much as the opponent, but it certainly doesn't work as it used to. Is anyone else suffering from the same bug?

Yes and there's been some other threads about this, just add it to the long long long list of bugs and issues that this game is facing ( some of which are months if not years old) which is increasing with every update or change with very little improvement.
