In the past 2 wars I've tried using AoUV on this node to handle the power gain. This fight also has the power shield node, in both fights I hit multiple L2 against the opponent, and in both cases the only damage I got credit for was the power burn. This seems broken since with every other champ 2 L2 usually wins the fight (or get super close).

You got it wrong. Vision l1/l2 is pure energy damage by burning power only. That’s why you take zero damage when you just block his l1/l2. His l3 has physical damage plus energy damage. If you burn 3 bars of power it gives 5800 damage fixed.

Also that’s how Vision special attacks bypass safeguard. Energy damage isn’t affected by 1% max damage limit.
