Need some tips on fighting 4&5* modoks as mini boss in aw. Any takers??

Modok's a jerk.

Champ possibilities:
Blade + GR synergy = Blade danger sense = ability reduction and huge attack bonus so Modok doesn't autoblock as much.
He is really tough on the stun immune bleed immune node so AA isn't effective to do the same.
Black Widow with Hi Sig ability = ability reduction
Iceman Heavy to cash in those frostbite charges all at once. Not to mention incinerate immune.
Hyperion heavy plus incinerate.
Yondu will crit and armor break through blocks + big block penetration dmg so good choice there. (he'll bleed too but not on immune node)
A newer option may be Luke Cage actually. It may give you more room for error every 30 seconds.
Hood - Stagger and hex. Not to mention his invisibility makes you highly unlikely to get hot by his sp1.
Magneto magnetizes him = reducing Modok's abilities.

Fighting style could include:
Intercept skill and not relying on parry.
Hit him while blocking and go for block dmg too.
Practice him in Duels (look up modok duel target on red dit) and practice evading his sp1.
Bait his heavy, evade, and attack.

I'm sure there's tons more but hopefully this helps a little.

Only faced one MODOK boss so far and just barely timed out before soloing him with elektra. Gwenpool would be good, and I don't have BW but I think she'd be even better due to class advantage with her sig. AA may do OK just need to get the NTs on him first (basically any ability reducer...). Iceman so if you f up and get parried he eats the stun.

Note: If he is on stun immune node mini (top right) then GP, Elektra, AA won't work. His needs to bleed for their ability reduction and he is bleed immune there. Otherwise, yeah those are good choices.
