Levels/Masteries/Energy - and the arena's help bug solution

It would be great to get some updates following the introduction of 6* champs:
a) increase the levels to 70 - mastery points to 69
b) add some new mastery (something to amplify or counter degen/coldsnap/incinerate for example)
c) increase energy to 80
Also one suggestion - since asking for Help in the arenas causes a bad lag, what about removing that button and decreasing the timer about 50%?
