One reason new players don't stick around is because there is a lot to learn about this game right up front, and not really much guidance unless you have more experienced friends.If they went right into an alliance their would be help through the process. I suggest Kabam put every new account into an open Alliance together Kabam (1,2,3, etc.) A "Temp" Alliance. The players could immediately get to know other players, have access to at least some of the lower tier Alliance advantages and then switch once they get the game and grow to a rating that some other alliance will take. If the account is inactive for 30 day then is drops from the alliance...something along those lines...
