Can an admin please look at this video of a major glitch? [Moved by Moderator]

Hello everyone, I wanted to post a video to mainly show the admins the issue that I am having with gameplay in all modes for the past couple of days. I've lost several Champs in AW, AQ, story quests, and other modes. The buttons on my phone do not always work and the graphics as you can see in the video are not correct. Sometimes I cannot even move during actual gameplay. It also starts to freeze up with the "loading circle" spinning when I try to move from one space to the next on the map itself.
This was the first time I was actually able to pause the game and record the content. I normally do not have my video recorder on and figured that the issue would go away. When it did not go away I decided to activated the recorder and hopes to capture the video of the problem.

At this point I have reset the game, reset my phone, and uninstalled/ reinstalled the game. The problem continued after all of these steps that I have taken.

I have sent in a support ticket but did not know any other way to submit a video, therefore I am submitting one here. I hope someone can help me with this.

Lastly you cannot see my gamertag during the fight so I had to wait until the fight was finished so you can see my gamertag. Then you can see I try to move and it freezes.

    If you're looking at this post on your cell phone you have to click on the picture to load the video. At least that's how it is on my phone.

    Hey there, thanks for providing the video showcasing your issue. We're aware of this issue with the UI that some users are experiencing and have a thread going on it already that can be found here. We're currently working on resolving this as soon as we can, but if you have any extra information, such as what type of device you're using and what version of your OS the device is running, that thread would be the best place to share it. We'll also update in that thread as soon as we have more information to share on the subject.
