My account is banned without using any hack or crack

8th feb18 I face this issue my strange and thor are showing KO in quest but when I start the fight both players are showing alive I thought there is some issue from kabam side same time I shoot a video and share with my alliance. but still I play the game with using strange I thought kabam will give me a massage that this player is already KO select other player who is alive but that's not happen using strange I start the fight and my strange is win that quest fight after 2 hours suddenly my account get banned.. I have a video for you kabam please check the video first and then decide... PleaSe do something on urgent basis
