    It means that others that read your comment marked it under those categories, kind of like a "like" button in facebook, but more nuanced than that. If you tap on your name in the chat, you can see all the comments you made that were tagged under each category, by tapping/clicking on the yellow/green (I'm color blind) numbers.

    Lol, yeah, I did kind of ignore the original question, haha. It is meant to point out people that ae trolling others in chat and generally being a douche.
