Mcoc issues and compensation?

It has come clear to many of us that the game is having issues. While some do not hurt overall gameplay for everyone (such as delayed rewards) there are other bugs (such as sign in issues, lag, and game functions) that hurt a lot more, they also seem to be getting worse. There are now people who are sadly making a stand and not putting money into the game till we see improvements (such as myself who would be consider a dolphin level spender).
I bring this up cause back not too long ago kabam, you use to reward us for these mess up in the game. The game clearly is not working as intended. Maybe it would be good to revisit those policies and bring some hope back into those concerned.
