I think there has been a mistake on my part to communicate my whole situation I am really sorry for that I will try to explain everything in detail now to get you guys a better understanding of my situation. I have been playing this game for almost two years it’s been really an interesting period and I really enjoyed every bit of time that I have spend on it. So for it I am really grateful to you guys for making it such a successful and enjoyable game. So now on to the topic I joined my current alliance like one year ago it’s called TPC Clubhouse it’s a family alliance and have two branches I am in TPC 2. We use group me as a communicating app for the game. As u know group me requires email to add members to the group chats. I was an officer in the alliance. Later yesterday we had a disagreement with the officers of the main TPC alliance things escalated more frequently than they were supposed to and it resulted into a big mess. An officer from the TPC alliance targeted two officers of our alliance me and a friend of mine Dkrift. He hacked our accounts and sold our heroes five stars champs and then began to kick member to lock them from alliance quest rewards. When he was in my account he sold my fiver star unduped starlord who was at rank 3 at the current moment and then left the alliance. I want you to investigate this matter and try to find the culprit using ip address if possible because this type of foul behavior should not be tolerated as it is a game enjoyed by all. This situation depressed me a lot because it took me a long time, money and effort to gather those class catalysts basic catalysts and that five star starlord. I will be really grateful if you could restore my starlord to where he was at.
I have submitted this ticket over and over again but no one from the support team helped me please could u help me.

Hope you get back your champs. Honestly though, since you said it was an alliance member who sold your champs, people will quickly assume you shared your log in info with your alliance mates.
Whether that is true is not, be prepared to get little sympathy or help from Kabam support, which you've indicated as much.
Sorry for your loss still and hope you get back everything again.

Yep sorry to tell ya, but you aren't getting anything back. My personal opinion.....sounds like you shared account info. So there is the fact that he had your info and now possibly you'll both be banned. Sucky, good luck!

Why is it even possible to sell 4/5 star champions anyway... who does that?! Even selling 1/2/3 star champions will harm you more than it will help you in gold. It's just confusing to new players as well, some would think: "hmm, I need gold, I can sell champs.. let me do that." But they don't understand that they are setting themselves back.

It's just poor design imo, and makes stuff like what happened to the OP all too common.

Totally feel you, happened to someone I know too. Sadly, kabam support is stubborn and you won't see anything back, my friend lost weeks contacting support showing proofs but they won't do it.

Where are you getting this information from?

Having the mail they probably guessed the password or got from someone else. It's against ToS but some alliances do account share when someone goes on holyday or his phone break and so on.
