Serious improvements, main focus being Carnage (Updated)

Im hoping you seriously take what I have to say into consideration. A while back, I took a roughly 6 month break from the game as it was getting far too frustrating. I made a promise with a friend that I would return to the game when Carnage, arguably the most badass spiderverse character, was added. Upon returning, I discovered Carnage was effectively garbage. I've taken it upon myself to redo his abilities to live up to the character. Also, I have to ask. Wtf? Like Really?
-Carnage-
Signature Ability -> Killer Instinct
At the sight or smell of blood, Carnage gains power. Specifically, Carnage will acrue 3-6% power <depending on sig level> for every bleed inflicted. This ability does not stack. Additionally, bleeding and poison effects last 25%-55% <depending on sig level> less than they would otherwise.
( Passive )
-Carnage possesses the ability to deaden his opponents senses creating a 60% chance to prevent his enemies from evading. Against Spiderman (All), this ability is increased to 75%.
-Carnage is able to deflect projectiles, preventing any bleeding that would've otherwise been inflicted.
-If the opponent cannot bleed, Carnage has a 30% chance to gain fury every time a bleed would've been inflicted. This ability can stack up to 5 times.
-If Carnage is poisoned or begins to bleed, he gains fury. This ability can stack up to 5 times.
-If Carnage is enduring incineration, his chances of inflicting bleed are quartered.
( Special Attacks )
Each time a special attack is activated, Carnage has a 75% chance to copy a currently active buff from his opponent. If a previously copied buff is still active when a special attack is activated, this chance is reduced to 50%. Only two copied buffs may remain active at once.
( Critical Hits )
50% chance to inflict bleed.
( Heavy Attacks )
100% chance to inflict bleed, as well as a 20% chance to gain fury.
( Special Attack 1 )
100% chance to inflict bleed, as well as increasing critical hit rate by 25% for 10 seconds.
( Special Attack 2 )
100% chance to inflict bleed, stacking 3 times. Additionally, gains an armor up.
(Special Attack 3 )
If the enemy is bleeding, there is a 90% to inflict severe wounds, eliminating all currently active buffs from the opponent.
-next-
Scarlet Witch's attacks should all be energy based, or they could remain physical but the animations should be changed. To clarify, her light, medium and heavy attacks should be changed. Damage and abilities should remain the same.
Captain America (Both) is a master in most known forms of hand to hand combat. His move set should be far more complicated and badass. Damage should remain the same, possibly increase his overall critical rate.
Gamora is also a master in multiple forms of close quarters combat so her move set should be changed.
Both Captain and Miss Marvel should have flight. Rogue obtained her flight abilities from Miss Marvel so it only makes sense. Also, with the introduction of Captain Marvel into the MCU coming soon, there would be no better time to improve the champion. Miss Marvel as well, obviously.
Black Bolt's special Attacks should be changed to involve his insane vocal capabilities. Both sp1&2 should inflict stun. It's a supersonic blast, come on.
Either A. Edit the current Iron Man to live up to his name with both abilities and special Attacks or B. (more viable) Add a Mk.49 version of his suit to the game or some other variation. Also, Superior Iron Man has a symbiotic suit so his special moves and abilities should be reasonably different from Iron Man.
Ghost Rider should be poison and incinerate immune as well. He's a flaming demon skeleton, seriously.
Deadpool XF should be a far better character but I will only say this. Duodenum Poke should be stackable and last for 4 seconds each. And for the love of god, it's Deadpool. He needs some sort of regeneration. And are you releasing OG Deadpool to all of your players sometime in this century or what?
I'm not sure if you're trying to make the OG champions of the game completely irrelevant but that's why I wrote some of this. I understand there has to be a balance of both awesome and useless champions. However, at least make them fun to use if they're going to be relatively useless.
I hope you take these into consideration.
