eventually i'm unable to recieve rewards of AQ!!!

what as i wrote in a title,i haven't recieved AQ rewards but others recieved.cuz i moved different alliance.does kabam not think that kabam has responcebility about it ?!cuz i could get rewards if the rewards were given to us at the time it's oridinally given before.so i do hope kabam will do me some favor to specific summoners like me!! so angry!!

    Don't hold your breath for them. You won't get them, kabam makes mistakes that cost people rewards and if you switch before they send them then you are unfortunately out of luck. They have always been like this and for reasons unknown they will not even acknowledge this as an issue. Sorry to say it, but you have a better chance of pulling a 6* from a phc than of getting delayed aq rewards after switching alliances.
