Hi,
What about removing the extremely useless 40% Xp Boost and replacing them with 50% earned gold boost?
Ranking champions has become a luxury lately and considering that you put the Chamber of fortune (or Gold realm) only at christmas, and you are not adding new xp level, I think it will be a great add to the game.
In alternative you can put a Chamber of Fortune every month or every 10 days, in this way players with a life and with a job can play easier, but I know this is not your goal.
