Latest Android Update 13.1.1 loses connection to server randomly

The latest released update 13.1.1 for Android usually disconnects from the server anytime. This usually happens when the game loads. When it happens, the game just keeps rolling till eternity and won't receive any data no matter what you do while your internet is active and all other apps are working perfectly. This error occurs mostly after fights, when you want to claim rewards, when map loads,... As a matter of fact, it happens anytime the games needs to load from the server and the only solution is to close the game and relaunch.

Please help us look into this. It's costing us our chances of victory in wars and quests cos we lose our health anytime it happens.

I use a Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, Android 6.0.1, 64 bit Snapdragon 625 Octa-core max 2.0GHz processor.
