Phoenix Sanctuary is not just any ordinary boring relaxed alliance. We have some of the best fighters in the game who are doctors, lawyers, engineers, executives etc who don't have time to play Map 6 and 5 any longer or deal with the b.s. of having to meet contributions. We still have a life outside this game. Where we compete is in WAR!!! We are very competitive and focus on AW. We take down much bigger alliances because our retired guys can fight and have experience.

Personality Requirements
team player - former athletes and guys who played team sports fit in well as they understand the team concept
Friendly person who communicates well. We don't want any ghosts who show up and don't speak or interact with anyone.
We want "normal" guys meaning people who socialize normally and have fun.
Mercenaries are not welcome. Guys who bounce from group to group, don't join. We know who you are.
So what do you get in return?

3. Friendship - all of our players have been screened for personality as well. We don't accept anyone with attitude. All of our guys are fun chill people. We get along really well with each other. No drama

5. An ACTIVE leader! I fully participate and finish MVP in most AW so I back up my talk. Not one of those leaders who just manages but does not participate much himself. I also don't allow people to leech and take advantage of busier players.
