Can't start a war

    Yes, it closes down Sunday night at 7PM Pacific time, I believe. Matchmaking won't open again until 11AM Pacific on Wednesday, February 14th

    War schedule is Wednesday to Tuesday, since it takes 2 days for a war you would need to have started it on Sunday have your attack phase start on Monday and end on Tuesday then war goes down Tuesday and comes back Wednesday.
