I am mainly using this team:

5* Archangel (duped) 4/55
5* Ultron (duped) 4/55
5* Medusa (unduped) 4/55
4* Iceman (maxed) 5/50
4* Stark-enhanced Spider-man (maxed) 5/50

What masteries do you think are the best for this team?

Alternatively I use
4* Wolverine (maxed) 5/50
4* Scarlet Witch (maxed) 5/50
But on AQ.

Suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated.

    I'd go with Deep Wounds for AA and Wolverine...I'd also rotate Ultron and Wolvie whenever you feel like it, you already have Iceman, don't need a second immunity champ. I don't know that much else about masteries, sorry, but seeing as your champions all seem to be primarily debuff champions Despair might be a good idea.

    Derp Wounds would be great, Assasin never hurts, MD when you’re using SW. Oh, and Recovery for Wolverine and Ultron
