Crystal opening

Dear kabam,
I have been playing the game for the last 2 years and have to admit not the lucky ones in opening crystals
Yet workout collecting 4*shards and opening them neither is helping
I don't get new Or the old champs but get duping my already duped female Thor continuously which is signature 99 now am not comfortable playing the game where the rewards are always going down for me
PLEASE advise if there is something that I have to workout or it's a random coincidence happening only to me
