Quake does not evade Drax's first hit when charging heavy

When Quake charges her heavy, she should evade the enemies' first hit (obvious if there is no tru-strike). However this doesn't happen when facing Drax. I have heard Drax can bypass Mordo's astral evade so maybe this is related.

It's an old bug.. nobody can evade drax's first double sword hit medium attack. Not even mordo with astral evade

Quake evades 1 hit while charging, not 2

Its definitely not a bug. Drax's first medium is a double hit, all champs that evade can not evade on his medium attack.
