Hacked Account

in Bugs and Known Issues
My once good account with 3 4* champs was hacked and some champs sold and units spent. The account name is (joinmen). Anyway you could help?

    Hi Joinmen, you can locate the directions on how to reset your account password in our Knowledge Base .

    @Kabam Ahab I already did but he hasn't logged off of the account so he is able to access it anytime. Whenever I get a new champ he sells it.

    Hello Joinmen,

    For any further assistance with account related issues, you will need to reach out to our support team. You can do this by going to the gear icon in game and clicking on "Support". Once you've done that you will get a confirmation email with a ticket number.
