Uncollected Arena Crystals not paying out...

Edit, see below pic.
I open a lot of Uncollected Crystals, which mean I grind a lot of arena. It has seemed to me that the amounts seemed wrong after opening Crystals, so I kept an eye out & tonight hit a 225 unit crystal, only it NEVER GAVE ME ANY UNITS????!!!!????!!! What gives?
Edit... Finally showed up, had to force close & restart game....
