Real-Time Thread for Known Issues and Outages

Honestly what is the point of the "Known Issues" thread when all that is listed there are items that have been resolved.. not any current known issues: http://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/15/known-issues#latest
This needs to be changed to include ALL known issues while they are issues. Not after the fact. This would include outages.
Seeing this new trend when real issues that have been going for years (Capt Marvel SP2 and Pure Skill) have their discussions closed, this would keep us updated on their current status.
The thread would list all issues that are "Under Investigation" or "Fix in progress".
Users can go there first to see what is the status (or if it has been reported) and go to that thread's official discussion to add any other relevant details of the issue. This would include time-stamps of when it was first reported, first confirmed not working, etc.
Even more importantly, it would have the much desired "IS THE GAME UP" status.
Just this week when the game went into emergency maintenance, It was down for some time and not a single Kabam Mod acknowledge it. They only started to reply after the game was up. What good does that do?
Including ETAs on when the issues could be resolved is helpful (but must be taken with a grain of salt).
Overall, this would eliminate much confusion, have less duplicate threads, and assure players that their issues are being worked on.
Do you agree?

good point! Would love to have that go-to page to ensure if the connection issue is on our end or the server.
We wanted to drop in and let you know that we are working on how we handle the Known Issues thread in our Bugs and Known Issues Forum. We've recently had some changes on our team, which has caused this temporary gap.
As much as we wish we could, we're not able to be everywhere at all times. This particular downtime that you're referring to occurred at 3 am Pacific Time (where our development studio is located).
We are working on being able to update you all quicker, and more frequently, and are dedicated to making strives in this area! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we do understand your concerns.
'giddy up!
made my day. thank you @Kabam Vydious enjoy the rest of your evening
