New feature 5* crystal

I can't really see the point of this thing I mean it has so many champs that you don't want you might as well just go for the basic 10K Crystal or has all my time playing this game just made me pessimistic? Has anyone taken a shot yet and would you do it again?

I would try it once if i had the shards, If I got a featured from the 5 star feature crystal. I would probably go again.

For me, I would go for it if the 18 basic champs in the crystal were better. Of modok, TaskMaster, hela, void, sentry and rag Thor they are good champs except sentry. I’d be happy with any of them excluding sentry. However where they’ve dropped the ball is the basic 18 champs, of them I’d be happy with getting 2 of them. Meaning for me, a 7/24 chance of being happy. That just isn’t where I want to waste my 5* shards when I have a much better chance of being happy in the 5* pool.

The idea of the new featured crystal is good, not as good as the old one, but nonetheless good. The bad thing is that you can’t focus on a particular chance as much as the old featured, but you can focus more than the 10k basic. With a 4% chance of getting a particular champ.

That’s why after blade I’m saving my 5* shards for the next featured crystal in 80 days (not like I’m counting) which will have killmonger, glad hulk (both good champs), Bishop, sentinel, sabretooth and possibly infinity war Thanos/Corvus Glaive/ proxima midnight. Whoever the next featured is after the mutant two. Along with them, I just hope kabam put a few god tier champs, a lot of good champs, a few decent champs and maybe one crappy one. Then it would be worth my extra 5k shards.

Those jerks, now the only way to get a new 5* feature hero is grind out arena or spend money. That was their plan just to get more money out of us, especially players like me who have been lucky and pulled a few featured champs from free crystals. What a joke
