That picture is about the degen node in Act 4, which we all know is passive and nothing to do with the degen caused by champions we are talking about here.

But you were right I missed that big word 'Passive' on the description of dormammu's ability, so that should not trigger WP. Still BS how that degen interaction is too strong when put on AW boss. Guess without Dormammu though, every other alliance war boss would be a joke.

Dormammu causes degeneration by a passive way. He doesn't need to do special attacks or attack or get hit. That's what "passive" means in his info.
However, the degeneration is still a debuff.

@eXtripa69 Willpower will only trigger if its a debuff, degen by dormammu is passive one...
Passive doesnt means it wont trigger from special or hit, magik trigger limbo on her special...
If you are still confuse about it Duel rouge or AV with dormammu they wont reduce duration or shruggoff degen because its a passive not a debuff

So that means, degeneration is a passive debuff?

Buddy degen is debuff. But for dhormammu the degen debuff mechanism is passive aka meki debuff. If degen occur in passive mechanism wp wont trigger. But as it is a debuff so should not trigger against debuff immune node.

The only issue is that degen caused by mordo does trigger wp. Kabam has just failed once more to stay consistent in what they say.

Mordo degen is not passive! So it is ok that it trigger wp.
