Why doesn’t ability reduction work against his cunning and madness charges? When using a widow or GP or anything with ability redction it should decrease his chances. I don’t see why it doesn’t...?

    I guess because it's a "passive" buff for whatever that is worth. Just like it can't stop Deadpool's power gain. Widow and GP rely on things that are triggered by attacks (also only defensive abilities), his is triggered by the ratio between the two.
